cleaning couch

A sort of friend was drunk and peed on my couch I had it cleaned, is it ok to ask him to pay for the cleaning?

i also had the other furniture cleaned but would only ask him to pay for the couch portion of the cost. Does that sound fair? How could i phrase it so he will most likely pay me? should i mention that I could tell everyone if he doesnt pay?

Just ask him. Tell him you had to get the couch cleaned that he peed on and it cost $? so you would like him to pay for it. If he is too immature to pay for his accident then next time you are all out together i’d tell everyone not to let him crash on their couch because he peed on yours and refused to pay the bill. A mature adult though will pay up and apoligize.
