Cormar’s New Trade Web Portal Is The Star Of The Show

Cormar Carpets again exhibited at this year’s Harrogate Flooring Exhibition alongside many of the top flooring and carpet retailers and experts between 4th and 6th September.

To make sure as many carpet retailers as possible attended, the exhibition opened on Sunday and a Carvery Roast’ was offered to carpet shop owners and independent retailers. Over the combined three days, the show’s organisers recorded an increase in visitor attendance, up to 3205.

The exhibition allowed Cormar to show a preview of their new Trade Web Portal, which provides customers to check stock levels and place orders online. Craig Marshall, Logistics Manager for Cormar explained “The reaction from our trade customers has been fantastic. The website allows carpet retailers direct access to Cormar’s stock availability on a real time basis – 24/7. This is clearly a big benefit, given that carpet shops are more often busier at the weekends”

Also showcased at the exhibition were Cormar’s three new summer ranges -Primo Plus, Delight & Glendale. The latest on offer is Primo Delight – a Saxony available in twelve heather shades which is heavyweight and easy to clean, suitable for both bedroom and living room carpets.
